How to Withdraw
Yes. At 818sol, withdrawals have no day or time restrictions — whether it's midnight or a public holiday, you can request a withdrawal via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay. The transfer is expected to complete within 5–30 minutes. 24/7 support is available to help you.
At 818sol, the minimum withdrawal per transaction is 20,000 Ks. Requests below this amount cannot be accepted. The minimum deposit is 5,000 Ks and the minimum withdrawal is 20,000 Ks. These limits apply across all payment methods.
Withdrawals normally complete within 5–30 minutes. However, they can occasionally take longer depending on checks and reviews on the bank's side. If your money has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact 24/7 Live Chat immediately — we will check your account and withdrawal history and assist you.
If you receive a 150% welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks. You must wager 30,000 × 20 = 600,000 Ks before withdrawing. This wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only.
You can withdraw via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay — four methods in total. Enter your mobile number or bank account number correctly, matching the payment method you select. You can contact Support to check available methods.
Account Security
At 818sol, all personal and financial data is protected with SSL encryption technology, which means your information cannot be intercepted in transit. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels only. You can read our privacy policy here.
The official URL is 818sol.bio. Your browser address bar should show "https://" along with a padlock symbol. If you see a similar-looking URL (such as 818s0l, 818-sol, or any other variation), do not enter that site. If you are unsure, ask directly via Live Chat. Bookmark the official site and use that to log in so you can easily spot any suspicious links.
Change your password immediately and notify us via 24/7 Live Chat or at [email protected]. We can review your login history. If there were any financial losses, provide as accurate a timeframe as possible — this will help us assist you faster.
Never share your OTP code, password, or PIN with anyone. 818sol staff will never ask for this information — anyone claiming to be Support and asking for it is not a genuine 818sol employee. Keep your personal verification codes private and do not show them to anyone.
818sol includes an OTP verification step via phone number when you log in. This is a form of two-step verification that protects your account from unauthorized access. You can contact Support to find out more about making the most of this feature.
Baccarat and Table Games
Baccarat is a game where both the Player and Banker sides aim for a card total of 9. Ace = 1 point, 2–9 = face value, 10/J/Q/K = 0 points. Totals are added and only the last digit is used. You choose whether to bet on Player, Banker, or Tie. Decisions are made automatically according to casino rules based on the cards dealt.
Yes. In Live Dealer games, you can watch a real dealer dealing cards or spinning the wheel via HD video streaming and play in real time. It gives you the feel of being in a casino yourself. You can interact with the dealer via chat, and the game view updates in real time.
In Roulette, a wheel with numbers (0–36) spins and you win based on where the ball lands. You can bet on a specific number, a color, odd/even, or a range of numbers. Betting on a single number (straight up) pays more but has a lower chance of winning. European Roulette (with only one zero) is generally considered better odds for the player.
Dragon Tiger can be described as a simpler version of Baccarat. The Dragon side and the Tiger side each receive one card, and whichever side has the higher card wins. Each round is decided instantly, which makes it popular with players who like fast-paced games. You can also bet on a Tie (both sides having the same card).
The minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game at the Live Casino tables. Standard tables let you play with smaller amounts, while VIP tables allow much higher bets, which suits high-rollers. You can check the exact limits in the limit table once you enter a game, or ask through Support.
Account and Registration
On the login page, click the "forgot password" or "change password" link, verify with the OTP sent to your registered phone number, and set a new password. If you can no longer access that phone number, contact our 24/7 Live Chat or email [email protected] to confirm your identity and get help from Support.
Players must be 21+. You can register with a Myanmar phone number and your name. Having your own account with KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay is an important requirement for payments. Each person may only open one account.
Logging in from a new device or browser may trigger an OTP verification request — this is a normal security step to protect your account. If you use your registered phone number, you can get in easily. If you do not receive the OTP, contact Live Chat.
A strong password should mix letters (upper and lower case), numbers, and special characters, and should be at least 8 characters long. Avoid easily guessable passwords such as your birthday, phone number, or "123456". Your username is normally set as your phone number or email and cannot be changed.
